Nursing Grand Rounds – Building Public Health Leadership in the Upper Valley: Are we rowing in the same direction?

Description

The Public Health Council of the Upper Valley (PHC) is comprised of community leaders and representatives from a diverse group of community sectors working together to create a more healthy, safe, supportive, and vital Upper Valley. Objectives

With the completion of this activity, the participant will be able to:

  • Describe the purpose of the Public Health Council of the Upper Valley and how it operates.
  • Identify the 4 most critical public health needs of people in the Upper Valley.
  • Connect with working groups and/or other organizations developing strategies and programs to address needs they care about.
Accreditation

Dartmouth-Hitchcock Nursing Continuing Education Council is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
