7th Biennial Radford C. Tanzer, MD Plastic Surgery Symposium

"Synergy and Collaboration in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery", a perspective and dialogue by experts in our field. Please join us for invigorating presentations on reconstructive and cosmetic surgery in the setting of quintessential New England autumn.

Event check-in will begin at 4:00 pm on Thursday, September 28th, followed by a reception at 6:30 pm in The Hanover Inn's Hayward Lounge. The program will then run from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Friday, September 29th, and 8:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday, September 30th.

The registration fees are as follows:

Dartmouth-Hitchcock Employees:

  • MDs: $25 through August 18th, $37.50 after
  • RN/Allied Health/Resident/Student: $20 through August 18th, $31.25 after

Others:

  • MDs: $500 through August 18th, $600 after
  • RN/Allied Health/Resident/Student: $100 through August 18th, $150 after

Preregistration and payment required. The registration deadline is 10 days prior to the activity date. There will be no refunds after that date. A $10 administrative fee for a registration fee of under $50, and a $25 administrative fee for a registration of $50 and over, will be retained on all refunds requested before the registration deadline. Learning Outcome(s)

Enable academic plastic surgeons the ability to focus clinical, educational, and research efforts on relevant objectives for future trainees and the patients they serve.

Accreditation

Dartmouth-Hitchcock is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Dartmouth-Hitchcock designates this live activity for a maximum of 6.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Receiving Credit

The follow steps must be completed in order to receive credit for this event:

  • Register for the event online
  • Attend the event or session(s). A credit tracking sheet will be provided.
  • Complete the online evaluation - Must be submitted within 30 days after the activity

    Accessing the Online Evaluation (The evaluation is available the day after the event)

  • Log onto https://mylogin.hitchcock.org/ce
  • Click on the My Activities link in the left side menu. Then click on the name of the activity you attended.
  • Click on the Resume button.
  • Click the Continue button until the Evaluation tab is active, and then click the Launch button.
  • Fill out the evaluation and then click submit. Credits will then be applied to your transcript. You can view your updated transcript by clicking on the "View Transcript" button.
