Current Concepts in Sports Concussion

Current Concepts in Sports Concussion will be held on September 7, 2017 from 8:00 am to 12:15 pm at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire. This program is intended for physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, office and school nurses, athletic trainers, physical therapists, and any clinician involved in the management of sports concussion. Registration is online and by credit card only. 

The registration fees are as follows:

  • MDs (including D-H): $75
  • Others: $35
  • DH employees and affiliates: $25

Preregistration and payment required. The registration deadline is 10 days prior to the activity date. There will be no refunds after that date. A $10 administrative fee for a registration fee of under $50, and a $25 administrative fee for a registration of $50 and over, will be retained on all refunds requested before the registration deadline. At the conclusion of the learning activity, the participant will be able to discuss recent evidence based changes in best practice in the identification and overall management of patients with sports concussion.

Receiving Credit

The follow steps must be completed in order to receive credit for this event:

  • Register for the event online
  • Attend the event or session(s). A credit tracking sheet will be provided.
  • Complete the online evaluation - Must be submitted within 30 days after the activity

    Accessing the Online Evaluation (The evaluation is available the day after the event)

  • Log onto https://ce.dartmouth-hitchcock.org/login.aspx
  • Click on the My Activities link in the left side menu. Then click on the name of the activity you attended.
  • Click on the Resume button.
  • Click the Continue button until the Evaluation tab is active, and then click the Launch button.
  • Fill out the evaluation and then click submit. Credits will then be applied to your transcript. You can view your updated transcript by clicking on the "View Transcript" button.

Dartmouth-Hitchcock Employees - Tuition fees must be paid online by credit card. D-H Accounts Payable will no longer process internal transfers of registration fees. Individuals must pay online with a credit card and then seek reimbursement, if appropriate.

Parking - In order to accommodate and best serve our patients’ parking needs, we request that all weekday conference and meeting attendees park in Lot 9 and use the Lot 9 shuttle service.
