Geriatric Pharmacology for the Interprofessional Team

Across the country, the geriatric population continues to grow in number. At the same time, the level of acuity and complex care delivery is increasing. Many of the members of our elder population are prescribed large numbers of medications, often by different members of the health care team. Join us for this day long conference to enhance your understanding of the complexities involved in medication management for geriatric patients. The focus on interprofessional team work will be identified as one way to ensure that the plan of care is consistent across disciplines.
