Primary Care Otolaryngology Essentials

Please join us for the 2018 Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center Primary Care in Otolaryngology Symposium, to be held on Friday, April 27, 2018 at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. During this one-day meeting you will hear from our expert faculty on important topics including evidence-based guidelines for the management of common Otolaryngologic conditions. The format will be cased-based and interactive to help focus discussions on a broad range of topics that primary care physicians, general internists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and students face in their day to day practice.

Registration for this event has closed. There is still space available. If you would like to attend, you may register as a walk-in the day of the conference. For walk-in registration questions, please e-mail MacKenzie.S.Cunniff@hitchcock.org.

Registration is online and by credit card only. 

The registration fees are as follows:

  • Physicians: $120
  • Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners: $100
  • Nurses, Residents, and Students: $60
  • Others: $50

Preregistration and payment required. The registration deadline is April 19, 2018. There will be no refunds after that date. Learning Outcome(s)

At the conclusion of this learning activity, participants will be able to discuss a broad range of topics that address providers and students in the primary care setting including evidence-based guidelines for the management of common otolaryngologic conditions.

Accreditation

Dartmouth-Hitchcock is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Dartmouth-Hitchcock designates this live activity for a maximum of 5.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Receiving Credit

The follow steps must be completed in order to receive credit for this event:

  • Register for the event online
  • Attend the event or session(s). A credit tracking sheet will be provided.
  • Complete the online evaluation - Must be submitted within 30 days after the activity

    Accessing the Online Evaluation (The evaluation is available the day after the event)

  • Log onto https://ce.dartmouth-hitchcock.org/login.aspx
  • Click on the My Activities link in the left side menu. Then click on the name of the activity you attended.
  • Click on the Resume button.
  • Click the Continue button until the Evaluation tab is active, and then click the Launch button.
  • Fill out the evaluation and then click submit. Credits will then be applied to your transcript. You can view your updated transcript by clicking on the "View Transcript" button.

Dartmouth-Hitchcock Employees - Tuition fees must be paid online by credit card. D-H Accounts Payable will no longer process internal transfers of registration fees. Individuals must pay online with a credit card and then seek reimbursement, if appropriate.

Parking - In order to accommodate and best serve our patients’ parking needs, we request that all weekday conference and meeting attendees park in Lot 9 and use the Lot 9 shuttle service. Shuttles run approximately every 20 minutes - please allow enough time to accommodate this. For weekend meetings and conferences, onsite parking is permitted. View directions & map to Lot 9.
