In the Summer and Fall of 2016, nurse researchers from the University of Michigan invited several hospitals to participate in a nursing research study. Cheshire Medical Center, Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and Southwestern Vermont Medical Center were among seven hospitals that participated. The research was limited to inpatient units here at DHMC. Learning Outcome
At the conclusion of this presentation, participants will be able to discuss the relationship between nurse managers and the climate for evidence based practice on individual clinical units in an acute care setting.
