Learning Outcome

At the conclusion of this learning activity, participants will be able to discuss the design, delivery, and ongoing improvement of a multi-patient simulation training program targeting interdisciplinary and interprofessional communication needs in order to improve the overall quality and safety of care in the critically ill pediatric patient.
