Managing workplace conflict frequently involves having difficult conversations and is often stressful and anxiety producing for everyone involved- including managers. Learning Outcome

At the conclusion of this learning activity, participants will be able to apply new knowledge in order to address sources of conflict in the workplace using a five-step process to prepare for a difficult conversation.
