Upstream Training

The Upstream Upper Valley project is providing FREE training on the impact of trauma on young children and families. We are inviting health (pediatricians, nurses), community (homeless shelters, child care centers), and service (fire, police, EMS, National Guard) providers in the Upper valley to receive training and on-site expert consultation.

Learning Outcome(s)

At the conclusion of this learning activity, participants will be able to describe the signs of trauma in young children, help children and families de-escalate when under stress, and identify local resources and mental health services to support individual patient needs.
