Holistic Care Conference: The Science of Yoga

Yoga is an integrated mind-body discipline that has been studied and practiced for more than 2000 years. Over the last three decades, modern western research science has validated the efficacy of yoga. This day-long program will provide a brief history of the science of yoga, the latest clinical findings and applications, as well as an opportunity to learn simple yoga-based tools for the benefit of your patients and your own self-care.
