The Fourth Annual Dartmouth-Hitchcock Nursing Leadership Conference

Someone once said, “Nursing is a call to leadership.” Regardless of the setting in which we practice, nurses are viewed as leaders and at all levels must develop strong leadership skills to contribute to patient safety and quality of care. From the beginning of our career, we provide guidance and support to our inter-professional colleagues and patient care teams in an ongoing effort to enhance outcomes for the patients we serve. Whether we practice in formal or informal leadership roles, all nurses are critical to the success of a transformed health care system. Please join us as we celebrate the pride we have in our profession, the compassion we bring to our work, and the resilience we have developed to ensure that our core values are always maintained.
