Special Nursing Grand Rounds - Nurse-Driven Redesign of the Allergy and Immunology Clinic: Changing Culture, Safety and Practice

An opportunity existed to improve practice, safety, and efficiency in our growing Allergy & Immunology Clinic where there had been a 42% increase in patient appointments in three years. This presentation provides an opportunity to explore how a team of nurses embarked on a project to redesign an ambulatory clinic in changing its Culture, Safety and Practice.
