LNA and MA Education Seminar
Education designed for Inpatient LNAs, Ambulatory LNAs and MAs

As our patients become sicker and their health care needs more complex, the role of the LNA and MA is one that continues to grow in responsibility. Because research and evidence-based practice provides the foundation for the ways in which we care for patients, the LNA and MA, who practice directly at the point of care, must be updated on the ongoing changes that are taking place to ensure the best outcomes for patients in their care. This day of learning will include updates in a variety of topics including diabetes care, de-escalation, lethal arrhythmias, and scope of practice. Self-care will be discussed as an important element of enhancing patient care. Please plan to join us for this learning activity that will be presented by Dartmouth-Hitchcock nurse educators who will provide updates in practice to help LNAs and MAs maintain and improve their expertise.
