Palliative and Hospice Care for the Nursing Assistant - POSTPONED

This event has been postponed.

Working with people in need of palliative or hospice care can be challenging and yet, very rewarding. It is essential that health care professionals are able to provide comfort, support, and guidance to patients who may feel afraid and vulnerable. People who work with this patient population benefit from continuing education in order to ensure that they have the knowledge, skills, and behaviors that are necessary to provide care that is based on the most recent evidence. Please join us on December 7th as we review the scope of practice and key content areas of importance for LNAs who practice in clinical care settings that offer palliative and/or hospice care.
