Leadership as an Evolving Journey: Mission and Values in Leading Others

Leadership is not solely based on position in an organization. Leaders emerge in all levels of work or organizational life. One’s capacity or success in leadership work is framed through that individual’s own personal sense of mission, the values that frame a commitment to the individual’s work, or the personal goals for a professional career. Leading others is a journey that develops over time and is based upon purpose more than position. This presentation will provide the attendees with a reflection on my personal journey, my successes and failures, and how this has evolved over time.

The virtual conference meeting access link will be emailed to registered participants 24 - 48 hours prior to the start of the activity.
