Through both an in-person and online format, the 39th Annual Cardiovascular Symposium at Dartmouth offers continuing education in an interactive setting with experts in the field. A broad spectrum of topics in cardiovascular medicine will be covered with an emphasis on recent updates and challenging clinical scenarios relevant to a broad range of clinicians. Preregistration and payment required. The registration deadline is 10 days prior to the activity date. There will be no refunds after the registration deadline has been reached. A $10 administrative fee for a registration fee of under $50, and a $25 administrative fee for a registration of $50 and over, will be retained on all refunds requested before the registration deadline. Receiving Credit

The follow steps must be completed in order to receive credit for this event:

  • Complete the online evaluation - Must be submitted within 30 days after the activity

  • Click on the My Activities link in the left side menu. Then click on the name of the activity you attended.
  • Click on the Resume button.
  • Click the Continue button until the Evaluation tab is active, and then click the Launch button.
  • Fill out the evaluation and then click submit. Credits will then be applied to your transcript. You can view your updated transcript by clicking on the "View Transcript" button.
